Situated in one of Orlando's most prestigious locations, backing onto an established orange grove, Orange Tree really is the perfect setting for your vacation.

Our Florida home has all the features you expect and some extras to make your stay more than just comfortable.

The lounge and formal dining room connect to a fully equipped, fitted kitchen with breakfast nook.

We supply all linen and towels and can provide a crib/cot with bedding and highchair.

A separate utility room houses full laundry facilities.

The property is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout.

In addition, our guests have the convenience of free telephone calls to anywhere in the United States and Canada, as well as free high speed internet access.

The Large Family Room looks out onto the pool area and is perfect for those lazy days. With a 51-inch projection TV, upgraded Digital Cable Package, Home Theatre Surround Sound system, DVD and VCR-you may never need to visit the movies again.

The First Master Bedroom leads out on to the pool. It has a King-sized Memory Foam Bed which you will find hard to leave each morning. Complete with 27-inch TV/ DVD/ VCR combo and Cable TV, the room has a tasteful Roman theme finished off with en-suite bathroom, featuring bathtub, separate walk in shower and two vanity basins.

The Second Master Bedroom with en-suite also has direct access to the pool and lanai area. Furnished with a New England feel, the cosy queen size bed and Cable TV are just what the doctor ordered after a long day at Disney.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two twin size beds and Cable TV. Both bedrooms share the third bathroom and are perfect for children and adults alike.

Coca Cola Theme Games Room - Housing a tournament quality, 8-ft pool table and 5-ft Fussball Table. This area is also equipped with a Playstation 2 console and games, 27-inch TV with Cable and a CD player. For your comfort there are easy chairs and a Coca Cola dinette set - great for drinks and snacks.

The extra large solar heated Swimming Pool and Spa are great fun. For peace of mind we provide a child safety screen to keep the little ones well away from the water. The screen is not intrusive and can be removed if required. As an extra precaution, all access doors from the house to the pool are alarmed.

The large sundeck and covered patio area, fitted with ceiling fans, provide the perfect setting for alfresco dining. Enjoy a meal prepared on the charcoal barbecue.

The sun loungers and chairs ensure a great seat for everyone wishing to soak up the warm Florida sunshine.

Basketball and tennis courts alongside a games field fitted out with football / soccer nets are a minute's walk from the house. In order that guests can enjoy the outdoor facilities in Orange Tree we have also included a basketball, tennis racquets and tennis balls in our Games Room.

A kiddies adventure playground is just around the corner.

These facilities are reserved for residents and guests of Orange Tree, allowing the tranquil surroundings to remain undisturbed.

From Orange Tree to all major attractions is a 15 to 30-minute drive, with local supermarket and amenities no more than 5 minutes away.

As well as visiting the theme parks, why not experience some of Florida's other attractions and visit the Sunshine State's superb golden beaches and stunning coastlines. You can reach the West Coast in about 90 minutes.

Close by Orange Tree, a visit to Lake Louisa offers fishing, boating or maybe just a lazy Sunday picnic and leisurely stroll. Jaycee Beach with its fishing pier is just a short drive away.

GOLF anyone? Take your pick from the many superb golf courses! Whether you are a Pro or a beginner - there is something for everyone. Play a round at Orange Lake Golf and Country Club on a course built by Arnold Palmer; it's just a 10-minute drive.

We have provided a downloadable brochure for printing with summary details of our villa.
