The rental home can accomodate 10 guests. We have 4 bedrooms, a queen sofa bed in the living room and a cot/crib for our very young guests.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

The villa is only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes. Orange Tree is the perfect loction with its proximity to the attractions and scenic, peaceful surroundings to return to at the end of a busy day.

You will be sent directions to our home and will be met there by our management company.

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided We also provide free high speed internet access and free phone calls throughout the United States and Canada.

The villa is well equipped for small children. The villa comes complete with a cot and highchair as well as having safety alarms fitted on the patio doors to prevent children venturing out to the pool un-detected.

Our home has a fully equipped Games Room, including Pool Table, Fussball Table, Playstation 2 and Cable TV. It also contains tennis racquets and a basketball which can be used at the park - a 2 minute walk away. There are TVs in all bedrooms and in the Family Room we have an Entertainment Centre with upgraded cable channels and High Definition TV.

The pool and spa can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).

The villa is minutes from a supermarket, a pharmacy and Wal-Mart. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 20 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including: Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc etc.). In addition there are a wide variety of stores on Highways 27 and 192.

Yes. There are many options within a 5 to 10 minute drive of Orange Tree, from Houlihans, an upmarket dining experience with Sports Bar to the well known fast food chains and a selection in between.

Yes. There are Medical Centres within a short drive of Orange Tree. Our excellent Management Company will be happy to give you directions.

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.

We have access to similar quality housing within the Orange Tree area and will happily direct you to the owners.

The pool area has a south facing aspect so you can expect to enjoy sunshine most of the day. As well as sunshine the large covered area with ceiling fans on the lanai also offers the choice of all important shade, much appreciated in the very hot summer months.

No our home does not have a PC. We offer a desk area with free high speed internet connection and encourage guests to bring their own laptops. Simply plug in the Ethernet cable which is provided to access the web and send and receive e-mails using your own address.
