Your villa is stunning and we were wowed by it, my children were excited to choose their own bedroom (particularly my daughter who couldn't believe her luck in having a double bed all to herself.....she had to share it at the end with all the cuddly toys who were added to our family!!!) It was fully equipped with everything we needed, bed guard and buggy included.....fantastic) The pool was marvellous and we now have the added memory of this being the first place our son actually swam (with floats) all by himself.
The information you sent beforehand and the information at the villa was thorough and really helpful. Your attention to detail was fab.
The welcome pack was most welcome! It was marvellous to be able to have a bit of supper and breakfast without worrying about driving to a supermarket.
So all thats left to say is, thanks for helping to make our first Disney trip a thoroughly memorable and enjoyable one......we will certainly be recommending the villa.

We had a wonderful time, our visit was perfect. We lucked into beautiful weather. We golfed, visited Disney and shopped. The house was everything we remembered it to be. It is very evident that you take real pride in your home as it is beautifully kept and appointed. We really loved the privacy piece around the pool. It was beautifully done and the lovely white stone added a wonderful touch. Quite honestly there is not a thing that we would recommend changing...our son said it best when he said, “Mom this feels like a second home,” We are very comfortable there. The welcome basket is a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
Sue and Alan, once again did everything they could to facilitate our stay. There was a big storm on the Sunday night one of the worst I have ever seen, lots of lightening and rain, but Sue was around Monday morning to be sure that we were OK and that there were no concerns with the house. They really do, in our opinion, represent your home in a way that you would be proud of.
We have every intention of returning next year. It is a great break between school finishing for the children and their summer jobs starting.

May 2009. First of all thank you for all the info before we went to Florida. We appreciate that this must take a lot of time to put together.
Sue and Alan met us on arriving at the villa. It is the first time we have booked a villa and the villa has been even better than the pictures on the internet. To Alan and Sue's credit the villa was absolutly immaculate. The welcome pack saw us through to lunchtime on Sunday which meant that we could just chill on the Saturday on arrival and Sunday morning.
Being all on the one floor, the villa is ideal for families with small children and the highchair and cot were perfect for our young son.
The pool area was ideal. Our daughter enjoyed jumping in from the shallow step at the deep end. The pool kept Louise amused for hours and there was always some shade for the kids and somewhere for mum and dad to enjoy the sunshine. The hot tub was a good treat at night after being at the parks.
Second week, we had 5 days of solid rain from the Sunday to the Friday apart from the odd hour. Soooo glad we had the villa. Can't imagine 5 days in a hotel bedroom would have been much fun. The games room and the big screen TV kept children going while we planned the next outing in the rain.
Overall, a brilliant holiday, made extra special by the fab villa we stayed in! We've already recommended it to a couple of friends and we're hoping to be back in a few years time, when our son is 3 years.

Your vacation home was everything we expected and more!
Once you've seen this place you can stop looking! I searched through literally thousands of homes until the wee hours of the morning, and finally I found yours and it was perfect. The spa and pool were never lower than 86 deg. sometimes even 90 deg. which is great for Feb. when it tends to be a little chilly. It is the perfect layout for people travelling with in laws or friends because there is so much space, and a games room that can keep everyone entertained. My family couldn't say enough good things about our Florida "home" away from home!

We had four teenagers in our party and they absolutely loved your games room and spent many an evening in pool competitions! The broadband connection was a real asset and allowed us to keep in touch with family easily and also allowed us to check in for our return flight which saved us a lot of time and hassle.
As you previously advised us, the pool heat was absolutely fine with just the spa heating and it was so inviting after spending a long, hot day at the attractions.
Gary from Lyver Management was very polite and helpful. The welcome basket was a nice touch which we haven’t experienced in the past and saved us from rushing out to the nearest Publix as soon as we arrived.

The house was wonderful. It was very comfortable (especially the mattress in the Master Bedroom). Having breakfast there for us was a really nice touch. Our trip took 12 hours rather than 8 (weather) and so we did not feel like going out to the grocery store late that night or early the next morning – and we did not have to since you had bacon and eggs there for us.
I can’t think of any way to improve things. We would love to come back some time if that is ok with you.

March 2008. We were extremely happy with your home and how smooth and easy the whole process was + information you sent or had in the home available. The quality of home and facilities it offered highly exceeded our expectations. I cannot find a single thing to complain about, but I could find many, what I would consider "extras", either because of the quality of an item, or just because you normally would not expect to have it available. I love playing pool and normally the pictures cannot "promise" the quality of the equipment that will be available or one expects to find older and worn out stuff ------ but surprise surprise ---- everything was in very fine order.
Once again, you have everything available (if i was really picky, I could ask for a darts board ), you made the whole process run very smooth (keys etc.) and I could highly recommend your home to anyone.

We have been visiting Florida every year for the past 18 years and what makes it exciting for us is having a different villa. Well this year we struck gold, because we truly believe your Villa was one of the best, if not the best we have ever stayed in.

The house was so clean, and welcoming. Being met on arrival was a nice added friendly touch.

Visiting Orlando was a much needed respite from the cold and snow, but our vacation was perfect on account of our decision to stay in this lovely home.
