July 2008.This was our first visit to Florida and we couldn't have been happier with the lovely villa. Our initial impression of the villa was that it was bright, airy and clean and the decor was very appealing. Very welcoming after a long journey!
It was lovely to come "home" after a day at the parks and relax in style. We had four teenagers in our party and they absolutely loved your games room and spent many an evening in pool competitions! The broadband connection was a real asset and allowed us to keep in touch with family easily and also allowed us to check in for our return flight which saved us a lot of time and hassle.
As you previously advised us, the pool heat was absolutely fine with just the spa heating and it was so inviting after spending a long, hot day at the attractions.
Gary from Lyver Management was very polite and helpful. The welcome basket was a nice touch which we haven’t experienced in the past and saved us from rushing out to the nearest Publix as soon as we arrived.

We arrived safe and sound on Sunday afternoon after 27 hrs of straight driving. Your home is beautiful and well equipped with every thing needed for an enjoyable vacation. The house was wonderful. It was very comfortable (especially the mattress in the Master Bedroom). Having breakfast there for us was a really nice touch. Our trip took 12 hours rather than 8 (weather) and so we did not feel like going out to the grocery store late that night or early the next morning – and we did not have to since you had bacon and eggs there for us.
I can’t think of any way to improve things. We would love to come back some time if that is ok with you.

March 2008. We were extremely happy with your home and how smooth and easy the whole process was + information you sent or had in the home available. The quality of home and facilities it offered highly exceeded our expectations. I cannot find a single thing to complain about, but I could find many, what I would consider "extras", either because of the quality of an item, or just because you normally would not expect to have it available. I love playing pool and normally the pictures cannot "promise" the quality of the equipment that will be available or one expects to find older and worn out stuff ------ but surprise surprise ---- everything was in very fine order.
Once again, you have everything available (if i was really picky, I could ask for a darts board ), you made the whole process run very smooth (keys etc.) and I could highly recommend your home to anyone.

What can I say, I am sure others have said it in the past, but it was amazing.
We have been visiting Florida every year for the past 18 years and what makes it exciting for us is having a different villa. Well this year we struck gold, because we truly believe your Villa was one of the best, if not the best we have ever stayed in.
We all loved the little extra touches like the welcome pack and telephone card, this does help when you're arriving late in the evening.
The house was so clean, and welcoming. Being met on arrival was a nice added friendly touch.
We met Helen. She was so helpful without being intrusive on our holiday.
Since our return I have given out your web site address to a few friends and colleagues.
Hopefully you will receive enquiries from this, although quietly we would like to keep your home as our own little secret.
I can honestly say, without doubt, we will definitely be returning to your villa.

May 2007. We had a fantastic holiday and the villa was perfect in every way. Our jaws dropped when we first went inside, we were so impressed. It was lovely to come in after a very busy day and feel as though we could relax in a place that felt just like home. The facilities were great and the children and adults alike really enjoyed themselves.
As for improvements I can't think of anything that we needed or would change, everything was great and we're already talking about planning our next visit so hopefully you'll be hearing from us again.

Visiting Orlando was a much needed respite from the cold and snow, but our vacation was perfect on account of our decision to stay in this lovely home.
We made good use of the pool table, spa and big screen TV, but most of all loved the home-away-from-home comfort of the villa. Clean and classy, spacious and sophisticated, the place was great - and Helen of Lyver Management was wonderful. I have already started to praise this vacation home to family and friends, and started to plan our return!

Although i would recommend the pool heating, we didn't choose this option and wished we had as the pool was a bit on the chilly side.
